As we gain height, the views open up to the famous Sundial, a natural amphitheater of peaks, and the jagged outline of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo in the distance. The destination is a traditional hut and legendary spot for skiers since 1959. You'll rest up on the panoramic terrace, enjoy an alpine lunch, and soak in the South Tyrolean hospitality. The climb continues to the summit of Mount Elmo, where wide snowfields stretch toward the horizon. From the top, a long descent brings you to Versiaco di Sopra.
